Step 1: Add the livna Repo for DVD Playback
rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release.rpm
Step 2: Add the Adobe Flash Repo
rpm -ivh http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-i386-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
Step 3: Install RpmFusion Repos
su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm'
Step 4: Install Multimedia Applications
yum -y install lsdvd libdvdnav libdvdread ffmpeg gstreamer-ffmpeg gstreamer-plugins-bad gstreamer-plugins-bad-extras gstreamer-plugins-ugly libdvdcss flash-plugin
